HEK293 cells expressing chimeric BlTLR induce the activation of NF-κB in response to Poly I:C. HEK293 chimeric BlTLR stable cells were treated with 11 different ligands (gray columns). Non-transfected HEK293 cells were treated with five potential ligands (black columns). Non-treated cells (NC) and cells treated with human TNFα (20 ng/ml) were used as negative and positive controls, respectively. The luciferase activity was expressed as the ratio of NF-κB-dependent firefly luciferase activity divided by Renilla luciferase activity. Bars represented mean ± S.D.
