Compound 2 restored superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities and glutathione (GSH) level in MIN6 cells damaged by H2O2. Cells were treated with various concentrations of compound 2 for 4 h, then exposed to 200 μM H2O2 for 12 h. SOD, CAT, and GSH were measured with microplate.
