Use a pipette to suck a 5 mL sample into the centrifugal tube
↓
20 mL 80% ethyl alcohol
↓
Ultrasound bath at 40 °C for 30 min
↓
Pour 25 mL of supernatant liquor into the volumetric flask until constant volume
↓
Seal the tube to avoid light preservation (4 °C)
