Competitive binding assay. CHO-FXYD2 cells were seeded in six-well plates at a density of 10⁶ cells/well 24 h prior to the experiments. Serial dilutions of unlabeled NOTA-P88 and P88, at a final concentration ranging from 0.1 to 6000 nM (n = 3), were added along with 1000 Bq [¹¹¹In]In-NOTA-P88. After 4 h incubation at 37 °C, the cells were washed, and the cell-associated radioactivity was determined in a well-type γ-counter. The IC₅₀ values were calculated by one-site competition analysis.
