Mean absolute error on each fasicle’s radius index r1 and r2, density index f1 and f2 and on the physical volume fraction occupied by the first fascicle ν1. The groundtruth volume fraction of the second fascicle decreases from left to right. The fascicles’ orientations were perfectly estimated.
