SalA alleviates liver fibrosis by suppressing ER stress in vitro. (A–D) LX2 cells were exposed to 20 ng/ml of PDGF-BB with 25 μM of SalA or 2.5 μg/ml of Tunicamycin or 30 μM of salubrinal for 24 h. The protein levels of GRP78, ATF4, COL1A2 and α-SMA were evaluated by Western blotting.
