Transgelin (TAGLN) localizes to F-actin in endothelial colony-forming cells (ECFCs). ECFCs from a gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) pregnancy were plated on type 1 collagen-coated glass slides and stained for TAGLN (red) and F-actin (green). NucBlue was used as a nuclear stain (blue), and all 3 channels were overlaid in the 4th panel (merge). Images were obtained using confocal microscopy. Scale bar, 50 μm.
