YY1 and E2A regulate E3′ activity via epigenetic modifications. (a) The ChIP assay was performed with HBL‐1 cells to detect H3K27me3 and H3K27ac, and the results indicated that knocking down YY1 suppressed H3K27me3 but enhanced H3K27ac in E3′.
