The effect of miR-186-5p on the apoptotic rate of the OGD/R-treated SH-SY5Y cell. The SH-SY5Y cells were treated with miR-NC, miR-186-mimics or miR-186-inhibitor. (A) MTTs were conducted to detect SH-SY5Y cell viability in OGD/R model with different treatment. (B) Annexin V-FITC/PI double-staining cells were examined by flow cytometry. (C) Analysis of apoptotic rate. Cell apoptosis was analyzed by use of flow cytometry and double staining cells with Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide. (D) SH-SY5Y cells in OGD/R group were treated with miR-NC, miR-186-mimics or miR-186 inhibitor for 48 h. A representative image of TUNEL assay was shown. TUNEL - positive cells, green; nuclei, blue. Scale bar: 100 μm. (E) Western blots were performed to detect the expression of Caspase 3 and cleaved Caspase 3. GAPDH was used as internal control.
