(D) Different colon cancer cells were pretreated with IFNγ (10 ng/ml) for 48 h, then 1.5 × 10⁴ cells were seeded in 96-well plate in 100ul medium.24 h later the supernants were collected and glucose concentration and lactate concentration were detected. PBS treated samples were used as control.
