Effect of GL on the body weight of normal and ST-infected mice. (A) GL and GM were administered to mice and body weight was monitored every 3 days over 21 days. PBS served as a negative control. (B) Mice were infected orally with 4 × 10⁸ CFU of Salmonella, except for the control and GL-alone groups. At 72 h post-infection, the percent changes of weight were measured.
