Effectiveness of ethopropazine (ET) and naltrexone in protection of mice against the acute toxicity of a lethal dose of heroin (25 mg/kg, IV). ET and/or naltrexone (IV) was administered (IV) 10 min before the heroin administration, in comparison with the control group (saline) without ET or naltrexone administration. Each data point represents the percentage of mice (n = 6 for each dose condition) exhibiting heroin-induced lethality.
