Human genes in bold have been linked diseases based on OMIM (https://www.omim.org/). The fly genes that are homologous to these genes are also shown in bold. Fly genes with “?” have mammalian homologs that have been shown to be involved in the Notch pathway but their role in Notch signaling in Drosophila have not been studied or are not clear. See [440449] to find the full list of genes involved in Arp2/3-WASp, ESCRT, AP-3, HOPS and V-ATPase complexes in Drosophila and human.
