Mice were treated with a single sublethal (6 Gy) dose of ionizing radiation (IR) and monitored for evidence of morbidity due to enhanced radiosensitivity. B) Survival analysis of mice treated with 6 Gy IR. C) Survival analysis of Mdm2Tg and Mdm2TgDaxxΔ3/+ mice. D) Tumor spectrum of mice from both genotypes. Tumors that were present in moribund mice are included in this analysis.
