14-3-3 β protein can rescue G2019S LRRK2-associated defect in mRNA expression of stress-resistance genes. (A) Expression of sod-3 in transgenic strains after heat treatment for 60 min. Human 14-3-3 β showed no effect on WT LRRK2 in mRNA expression of sod-3 (p = 0.5370). Expression of sod-3 in transgenic strains after juglone treatment for 60 min.
