LPS highly induces the cytokine production in osteoclastogenesis. Raw264.7 cells treated with 30 ng/ml RANKL and 100 ng/ml of LPS for 3 days. A reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction was performed for the detection of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α mRNA levels.
