LPS highly induces miR-146a expression in osteoclastogenesis in Raw264.7 cells. (A) Cells were treated with 30 ng/ml RANKL and 100 ng/ml of LPS for 24, 48 and 72 h. (B) Cells were treated with 100 ng/ml LPS, or a combination of 30 ng/ml RANKL and 100 ng/ml LPS for 24 h. Total RNA was extracted for the detection of miR-146a expression using the Taqman method.
