BMDMs from aged BLT1-WT (open bars) and BLT1-KO (filled bars) mice (>20 weeks old) were polarized to M2 macrophages and were stimulated with 500 nM LTB4 or vehicle for 0.5 hours (A) or 4 hours (B). The expression levels of VEGF-A mRNA (A) and protein (B) were measured by quantitative PCR and ELISA. n = 3 per group.
