(A) Infiltrated T cells establish interactions in the same proportion with GFAP+ and MHCII+ cells. (B) Interacting T cells establish TCR/CD3 cSMAC preferentially with MHCII+ cells. (C) An increase, although not significant, of the formation of flat interfaces can be observed between T cells and MHCII+ cells.
