Enteroids were exposed to IFN-γ for 3 days. (A–G) qRT-PCR analyses to quantify lineage-specific mRNAs, niche signal mRNAs of Paneth cell origin, and apoptosis mRNA levels in enteroids exposed to IFN-γ for 1, 2, and 3 days. Data are from 2 independent experiments and are shown as mean ± SEM (n = 4 independent wells).
