Combined usage of MET with BC further reduced the xenografts growth of MMQ cells and GH3 cells. MMQ A, and GH3 B, xenografted mice were daily treated with saline (blank), 400 mg/kg bromocriptine (BC), 500 mg/kg metformin (MT), or 500 mg/kg metformin in combination with 400 mg/kg bromocriptine (MT + BC), respectively, for five successive weeks. Tumour volume in different drug groups (N = 5 for each group) was measured weekly during the 5‐week period of observation.
