CRNDE/miR‐217 took part in cell migration, invasion and EMT regulatory process. (A) Transwell assay showed that CRNDE and down‐regulated miR‐217 could enhance cell migration and invasion abilities, down‐regulated CRNDE and miR‐217 could weaken capacities of cell migration and invasion. (B) Wound healing assay was performed for further verification of cell migration abilities. (C) Western blot exhibited the protein expression levels of epithelial makers E‐cadherin/Mucin‐1 were reduced by CRNDE and anti‐miR‐217. Besides, the results were conversed by miR‐217 and sh‐CRNDE.
