Heat map of thirty up- and thirty down-regulated genes in the uterus of laying and non-laying hens. RNA-seq was performed on three layers (15–20 hours p.o.) and three non-layers’ uteri. Transcripts were aligned to chicken genome and mapped genes with at least 2-fold change difference and Benjamini Hochberg q-value < 0.05 were considered differentially expressed.
