300,000 AML cells (clone II-16) were transplanted into WT hosts in the presence or absence of doxycycline. After 7, 14, and 21 d, three mice of each group were euthanized and the donor myeloid cell distribution as a fraction of total myeloid cells in the spleen was analyzed.
