100 nM Alexa 488–labeled H2A–H2B was mixed with 200 nM FACT ΔC, and SV-AUC was performed by monitoring fluorescence using the FDS. Addition of FACT ΔC does not alter the S value of H2A–H2B. The trace for Alexa 488 H2A–H2B is the same as the one shown in Fig 1B.
