Post-contrast T1-weighted MR (A) images and fused PET/MR (B) images in a 50-year-old male with glioblastoma. The PET/MR study, performed 180 minutes after injection of 5.8 mCi (214.6 MBq) 68Ga-citrate, shows matching radiotracer uptake (SUVmax, 4.3) within a homogeneously enhancing right occipital mass (*). A second enhancing lesion in the periventricular white mater (white arrows) does not associate with any 68Ga-citrate uptake.
