Normal and TSD fibroblasts treated with PGRN (0.5 μg/ml) or Pcgin (5 μg/ml) for 3 days were co-stained with HexA antibody (green) and LAMP2 antibody, a marker of lysosome (red). Results showed both PGRN and Pcgin increased the traffic of HexA to lysosome in the patient mutant GM01110 fibroblasts, indicated by white arrows. The images were taken under Leica confocal system and the data shown is representative of three individual experiments.
