The total impact felt by a certain time, βi*=βiβi, for meat. The analysis with vegetables and fruits leads to same results. For a lag=20 years, the food consumed 10 years before the CRC diagnosis has the greatest impact (almost 6 times the food consumed 20 years before the diagnosis).
