MST was performed to determine the equilibrium dissociation constants (Kd) between KIN10, GRIK1, and T6P. Values represent mean ± sd, n = 3 independent replicates. Kd values for KIN10 and GRIK1 in the presence of 50 μM T6P were significantly different (P < 0.002 by Student’s t test of three independent replicates) from those in the absence of T6P. –, Lack of observed interaction between GRIK1 and T6P.
