Total height of the histograms shows the absolute peak intensity of the metabolite. Histograms are displayed as the mean of five replicates ± se. Asterisks indicate significant changes (Student’s t test, P < 0.05) of the enrichment of ¹³C in control or rapamycin-treated samples.
