IC50 values were calculated by Prism 6 software. d Representative images of colony formation assay of the two cell lines. MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-436 cells were plated in 24-well plates and treated with indicated concentration of apigenin for 72 h, and then replaced for fresh medium.
