LEfSE (LDA Effect Size) was used to investigate bacterial taxa that drive differences between control and dominant hamsters (A) after repeated pairing and between control and subordinate hamsters after repeated pairing (B). Green, taxa decreased compared to control; red, taxa increased compared to control. Only taxa meeting an LDA significant threshold >2.0 are represented.
