TCR sharing amongst NW8-specific CD8+ T cells from CMV-infected individuals. Compositional similarity amongst (A) TCR-α and (B) TCR-β chains was assessed using the Morisita-Horn (C_MH) index and illustrated as a heat map. Patient numbers are shown along the x and y-axes.
