LysM^ΔCommd10 mice exhibit aggravated cytokine storm and mortality in response to systemic LPS challenge. Data in (C) were analyzed by Logrank (Mental-cox method) (P = 0.03) and Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon (P = 0.02) tests comparing between the Commd10^fl/fl and LysM^ΔCommd10 groups.
