EZH2 inhibition suppressed LUAD cell proliferation and invasion. A, Cell viability in si‐EZH2 group was lower than that in NC group detected by MTT assay. And the phenomenon of reduced cell viability caused by EZH2 inhibition was restored via miR‐144‐3p inhibitor. B, Colony numbers in si‐EZH2 group were less than that in NC group detected by colony formation assay. miR‐144‐3p inhibitor could restored the colony numbers.
