AgNO3 growth inhibition of R. gelatinosus. Wild-type cells were grown in 96-well microplates in the Tecan Infinite M200 luminometer. Indicated concentrations of CuSO4, CdCl2, or AgNO3 were added to the growth medium after 3.5 h, when cells reached an OD680 of 0.16 (arrow).
