Binding of COMP to the N-terminal collagen II foldon library. Foldon stabilised collagen mimetic peptides and rat-tail collagen I as positive control were coated to an ELISA plate and incubated with 200 nM pentameric COMP. Binding was detected with a specific anti-COMP antibody. Bars indicate standard deviation of triplicates. The peptide sequences are depicted in Table 1.
