Reprogramming sorted Sox2-EGFP cells into induced neurons. (A,B) Cells harvest from P0 Sox2-EGFP mice were sorted based on EGFP intensity and collected into two fractions; Sox2-positive (A) and Sox2-negative (B). Cells were transfected with Ascl1-DsRed (red) and fixed after 7 days. Cells in both fractions could become reprogrammed into induced neurons based on TuJ1 (white).
