Experimental features	Retinal proteins were isolated from guinea pig at 3 and 21 days old (n = 10). The protein lysate was used for differentially expressed proteins identification using SWATH mass spectrometry and high resolution Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM-HR) MS for validation.
