The evaluation of mitochondrial function. (A–C and I–K) In SCI group, the MMP, ATP production, Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase activity, state III respiration rate and RCR decreased significantly. And the concentration of Ca²⁺ and state IV respiration rate in mitochondria increased significantly after SCI. But the ICA treatment reversed these trends.
