G55 GBM cells studied were both low- (<10 passages) and high- (>30 passages) passage cells. G55 low-passage cells were found to be TMZ resistant, whereas high-passage cells were more TMZ sensitive. LN229 and T98 GBM cell IC50 determinations were repeated.
