GTx-026 improves histological markers in mdx mice. (A) Castrated mdx mice treated with vehicle or GTx-026 were sacrificed and gastrocnemius and soleus muscle (n = 4/group) were isolated and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E). Number of centrally nucleated cells (100 cells/section) were counted in 8–10 fields in each section and represented as percent centrally nucleated cells in the bar graph.
