Cisplatin-Induced Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Localization of NRF2 in Wild-Type A549 Cells and Clone 2-11
Cells were treated with 2 μM cisplatin, fixed, and stained for NRF2. Immunocytochemistry was performed using fluorescence microscopy. Random fields were imaged and the total number of cells per field was counted. (A) The percentage of NRF2-positive stained cells over the total cells analyzed in each category was plotted in this graph. Error bars represent ± SEM; *p < 0.05, Student’s t test. (B) Representative images of nuclear and cytoplasmic localization of NRF2 in wild-type A549 and NRF2-knockout A549 (2-11) cells. Scale bars represent 50 μm.
