Overview of the levels of 5-FU of each sample (urine, serum, saliva) from starting point until after completion of cancer chemotherapy. The salivary and serum levels of 5-FU increased from 30 minutes to 3 hours after the start of 5-FU administration, and high levels were maintained throughout the administration of the drug.
