PMA(10 nM) or GF 109203X (2 μM) was added 1 min prior to 25 μM 10-gingerol. Data are expressed as the percentage of control that is the net area under the curve of 25μM-[10]-gingerol-induced [Ca2+]i rise (30-250 sec interval), and are means SEM of five experiments.
