Combination effects of 5-Aza-CdR pre-treatment combined with FK228/oxaliplatin treatment. Cells were treated with 0.25 μM of 5-Aza-CdR for 24 h, and then incubated for 72 h with FK228/oxaliplatin (A). SNU-638 (B) and SNU-719 (C) cells were exposed to drugs at the concentrations indicated.
