RGFP-966 reduces Aβ in the brain and plasma of 3xTg-AD mice. RGFP-966 significantly decreased Aβ1–42 in (A) the PBMCs and in (B) the brain of 3xTg-AD mice in: the prefrontal cortex (PFC) at 3 kg/kg RGFP-966 and 10 mg/kg; in the entorhinal cortex (ERC) at 10 mg/kg; in the hippocampus (HIP) at 10 mg/kg (C). RGFP-966 increased NEP expression in the PBMCs in a dose-dependent manner with no effect of NEP expression in the brain (D).
