The KIRA reveals dose dependent differences in the abilities of IGF-TRAPs 3.1 and 3.3 to reduce the bioavailability of circulating IGF-1. Blood was collected daily from mice that underwent injections with IGF-TRAP 3.1 (A) or IGF-TRAP 3.3 (B) at doses of 0.5 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg on alternate days (as indicated by arrows).
