Generation of Mtb sufR deletion mutant. (A) Schematic representation of the homologous recombination between the upstream and downstream region of Rv1460 gene cloned in the pJM1 suicidal vector and H37Rv genome. (B) sufR_TB (Rv1460) gene replaced by the hygromycin cassette in the H37Rv genome due to homologous recombination, generating a deletion mutant.
