Note that the estimation of half‐life (t _1/2) is a rough approximation based on apparent clearance (CL/F) and volume (V/F) values. Changes in blood volume that occur during intermittent haemodialysis (IHD) or continuous venovenous haemodiafiltration were not accounted for.
